1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account or booking a class with Dolly's House of Cabaret, you agree to these terms and conditions in full.

2. Bookings & Cancellations

• Class bookings must be made through your account dashboard.
• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the class will receive a full refund or credit.
• Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
• Dolly's House of Cabaret reserves the right to cancel classes with a full refund.

3. Health & Safety

Participants must inform instructors of any health conditions, injuries, or concerns before class. While we provide modifications for all abilities, you participate at your own risk. Always consult your doctor if unsure about suitability.

4. Code of Conduct

Dolly's House of Cabaret is a judgement-free, inclusive space. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disrespect towards staff or fellow participants will result in immediate removal without refund.

5. Confidence Program Guarantee

The 6-week confidence guarantee applies to participants who attend all 6 weekly sessions. If you do not feel more confident after completing all sessions, your next 6 weeks are free.

6. Hire Bookings

For private shows, hen do packages, and event hire, a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your date. Full terms will be provided upon booking confirmation.

7. Photography

Photographs may be taken during classes and events for promotional purposes. You may opt out at any time by informing your instructor.
